Full Moon Gong Immersion

Saturday 12th October 5-7pm

Deep timeout session: class involves creating a cosy space for yourself, gentle breathwork & basic stretches to loosen the spine. You are led into relaxation with the use of voice & other sound tools such as chimes & crystal bowls.  The gong(s) is played for 40 minutes as you relax. We close with ayurvedic tea & snacks. An opportunity to gather & meet with like-minded folks.  No previous experience needed.

To bring: loose, comfy clothing, mat/ rug/ lilo, blanket, cushion, water bottle, cough sweets if you need them.

Gong Bath Spectacular!

Come and take a deep dive into the realm of sonic relaxation with four experienced sound specialists from Instruments of Gold in the beautiful Buttery at Reading Blue Coat School, Sonning.

As we move towards the colder nights and the latter part of the wheel of the year, we will remember the joys this year has brought us and celebrate with you with an extended two-hour sound immersion experience – using the power of gongs, chimes, drums, crystal bowls, voices and other instruments.
